Life can look “fine” on the outside, while inside you feel anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted, or not quite yourself. Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. In my work, I offer a supportive space to slow down, make sense of what’s been happening beneath the surface, and begin to feel more steady and supported again.
I take a trauma-informed, nervous system–aware approach to psychotherapy. Rather than focusing on fixing or pushing through, we work together to understand patterns with curiosity and compassion, and to support both mind and body in ways that feel safe and manageable. Therapy moves at your pace and is collaborative, grounded, and responsive to your unique needs.
